 My grandfather was a stoker on H.M.S Barham. He was a lucky survivor but he suffered amnesia and depression after arriving in Alexandria. This was due to being unable to save two of his friends from drowning. Is there a list of the ships company so that i may see his name as he has been dead for many years now.Also can i join the association. |

| I was one the lucky few to survive and was picked up by HMS Nizam and landed at ALEX the following day and transported to 64th general hospital with a head wound.is there anyone else who was at the 64th ? |

| I would iterested if any of the former crew of H.M.S. BARHAM remembers my uncle Jimmy,if so I would be obliged if you could tell about my uncle. He was Ordinary Seaman James Herbert Murray ,he was aged 18 years old when he was lost in action when H.M.S. Barham was sunk. His home address was Dipple farm Morayshire near Fochabers Scotland. |

| My father, W.A. H (Alva) Thomas (WCMDR) told me a number of times that he was on the Barham for a short period of time. He then was transferred over to the Repulse. He was quite an avid photographer and I can recall watching some of his moving pictures. While watching these pictures many years ago, with my dad, he told me that one of the ships that were depicted was the Barham. I still have these moving pictures and will see if I can find the correct reel. |

| My grandfather Percy Knott is one of the survivors from the sinking of the Barham and he curently lives in Fish Hoek, Cape Town, South Africa about five km from Simonstown naval base. We were all very close to the late Bert Culcutt who is sadly missed by all. |

| My father told a story about being rescued by HMS BARHAM. When he told them his name..... Well his words were that he didn't think he'd ever been so drunk. Unfortunatly he is long gone now but my Mother will most likely remember more details. Thank you HMS Barham for the rescue. Visiting this site was a great pleasure, I'm sure I'll visit again. |
