William Arscott |
This is a fantastic site and as my father had never met his grandfather or seen a picture of him it was nice to find the picture on here. If anyone knew William Arscott or has family ties please get in touch as the family would love to know more. |

Stringer |
Hi all - I am writing up my mother\'s memoirs - she had a bit of a crush on a officer on the Barham -our name is Brian Stringer but the web lists of crew only have a \'Frank\' and an \'H\' Stringer. He was called \'Pip\' by his friends. His parents lived in Northleigh House, Wimbourne, Dorset. Can anyone provide/suggest identification? Many thanks |
